Okay, this is a test that is rather unique, so I'm posting it here for the curious:

Wurf, wow that was challenging not to get colours mixed up. I guess I did okay with my score of 263.

Hue test

a score of 57 isn't bad...

Wow, really? I got an 8 and thought that was bad.

0 is perfect, so your 8 is EXCELLENT!

I got a 15 myself; I think I'll leave it alone for a month or two and try it on a different monitor. :D

I got a 4. Then again, that's on an older LCD. I should try on my newer one and see how that works out....

I scored 71, which I suppose isn't too shabby considering I'm red-green deficient. Perhaps predictably I got two spikes on the spectrum where my inability to discriminate red really hurts: the red-brown-green and the blue-purple-pink. The background to the spectrum thing doesn't even look even to my vision.

I scored 23... but I wish it would tell me where the discrepencies are. I was pretty confident that I had it perfect.

...one has to wonder if the settings on my monitor plays a factor. I would think so.

Maybe they need a clibration page first where you adjust the Gamma, contrast, and brightness on your monitor until the calibration page is proper before starting the test.

Yeah, I think monitor plays a lot into it. I could tell I was missing a few, and I'm pretty sure I know where I went wrong, but having a calibration page and a page pointing out your errors would have been awesome.

Didn't even try...

because, as you may recall, the "man" is 100% color blind (yet I still perceive primary colors -- it's the pastel/hue level that drops out completely for me). Something, I suppose, about being astigmatic, and having color vision at first that faded with time (and the brain presumably interpreted the astigmatic halo as color and integrated it back into the image during processing).

I got a 4!! Wow! I thought it was bad at first but I see it's really good! I surprised myself with these old eyes! *hugs*
